a bit About us

Established in 1986 …

… new product engineering design firm APS Innovations have been proudly designing and developing innovative new products for our valued clients for nearly 35 years. Operating out of our dedicated new 1,000+sqm facility adjacent to Eastlink in Melbourne’s south-east, APS boast design, analysis, prototyping, testing and ISO 7 Class 10,000 cleanroom manufacturing (via independent sister company Sepal) all under the one roof.

We guide our clients through the complete process - from designing, developing and testing raw concepts through to commercial manufacturing and beyond - APS Innovations are with you all the way, protecting your best interests. The design and engineering team at APS are the engine room behind many well-known Australian businesses, covering a broad range of industries.

With our credentials in tool design and analysis stretching back over three decades, our product development work typically includes injection moulded plastic products which involve a complex working environment, tooling or part design. There’s plenty of others who do the easy stuff, but where we really shine is when you have to step outside of the ordinary.

We work best when we can become an integral part of your team, behaving as a flexible resource that you can turn on or off as required. Many of our customers have been relying on APS for over 10 or in some cases 20 years, collaborating as a natural extension of their own core team.

Our aim is to develop the most appropriate solution for our customers by considering both the manufacturer and the end-user. We design products with functionality designed around the end-user which still deliver maximum profit for our customer, all without sacrificing aesthetics.
